Giáo sư Nguyễn Bá Diến và Thạc sỹ Nguyễn Bá Cường trao đổi cùng Giáo sư Shigeo Mutsushika, Giáo sư Trường Quan hệ Quốc tế, Đại học Shizuoka kiêm Giám đốc Trung tâm Nghiên cứu Châu Âu Mở Rộng về mối liên hệ giữa sự kiện Nga sáp nhập Crimea (2/2014) và những hành động quyết liệt của Trung Quốc trên Biển Đông và Biển Hoa Đông sau sự kiện này. Professor Nguyen Ba Dien and Mr Nguyen Ba Cuong were discussing with Dr Shigeo Mutsushika, Professor of Graduate School of International Relations, University of Shizuoka as well as Director of Wider Europe Research Center about the interrelationship between the Russia’s annexation of Crimea and China’s aggressive and assertive actions in the East China Sea and the South China Sea after that incident.
